1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases and related services for Khoroum Valley / Zamna Festival, organized by MAXIMA FOR MANAGING TOURISTIC ENTITIES CO. Tickets are sold through our authorized ticketing partner, Ticket Tailor, via our Ticket Tailor shop.
2. General Rule — No Refunds
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, travel plans, illness, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the event lineup or schedule.
3. Exception — Festival Cancellation
The only circumstance under which a refund will be issued is an official cancellation of the festival by the Organizer. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. The Organizer will communicate cancellation and refund procedures via email and our official channels.
4. Rescheduled Events
If the festival is rescheduled to new dates, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event. No refund will be issued for rescheduled events. If you cannot attend the new dates, you may transfer your ticket to another guest (see Section 6).
5. VIP Reservations
VIP table reservations are subject to separate booking terms communicated at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any advance payment. VIP reservations are non-refundable unless the festival is officially cancelled by the Organizer.
6. Ticket Transfers
While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable to another guest. To transfer a ticket, follow the instructions provided by Ticket Tailor or contact us via WhatsApp or email. The recipient must meet all entry requirements, including the minimum age of 18 and valid photo ID.
7. Ticket Protection
Optional ticket protection may be available at checkout through our ticketing partner. If purchased, the terms and coverage of that protection product apply as stated at the time of purchase and are separate from this Refund Policy.
